Narges' Portfolio

Hi, I'm Narges Farazan

I'm a software engineer/producer with 8 years of experience in video game development. I worked mostly with Unity Engine, C# for multiple platforms and used different development tools. I played a key role in designing and developing one of Iran's top-grossing online mobile games, handling backend, frontend, and database systems.

In my previous roles, I have been both a project manager/producer and a team lead, successfully coordinating cross-functional teams including artists and designers.

I'm known to be a self-organized person and a fast learner. I am now eager to leverage my technical and managerial experience in new IT domains.

About me

In 2016, my friends and I founded our team “Acid Green Games”. Our first game was “Live TV Tycoon”, a free-to-play mobile game where you can manage a TV channel. We won first place at the “Fanafzar Level Up” Competition and got investment for further development of the game from Sorena Games. Later, the game won “Most Innovative Mobile Game” from “Tehran Game Convention 2017” too.

We started our next free-to-play online mobile game, “Daberna Online”, in 2017, with which we joined the “Avagames” acceleration program. Daberna is a bingo game where players compete with each other in real time. Daberna won the “Best Game Selected by the Players” at the “Iran Web and Mobile Festival 2017”. Daberna turned into one of the top 10 grossing games in the Iranian local market.

In November 2021, I moved to Cologne, Germany, and joined “Massive Miniteam” as a porting software engineer until 2025. During these 3.5 years, I worked on more than 4 projects to port them to Xbox Series, Xbox One, PS4, PS5, Nintendo Switch, Steam Deck, and even Stadia. We were also helping the developers to finalize their games, mostly in optimization and performance, but also testing and debugging. I also worked on some in-house tools, such as a time tracking web app using ASP.NET Blazor.
